Yes, I try to go out for a walk at least once a day if I can, I could go for a walk around the neighbourhood and I will try to go to the park and some other places, because I think it’s very good to stretch your legs every now and then.
You can’t stay in the house and you can’t stay in the office all the time. You need to keep your body moving and your blood pumping around your body in order to main tain an active lifestyle. So walking is really an excellent way to do that.
