天津幼儿教育(天津生态城幼儿教育发展水平怎么样?我们探访了当地最好的国际园)

中新天津生态城是中国和新加坡两国政府的重大合作项目,是世界上第一个国家间合作开发的生态城市。生态城位于天津滨海新区,规划总面积为150.58平方公里,是中国探索新型城镇化、推进经济转型升级的重要试验载体,与对全球气候变化、节约资源能源、保护环境的重大战略部署。
2008年9月天津生态城开始开工建设,现在已经颇具规模,吸引了很多高端家庭来此安家置业。随着人口的增加,对优质幼儿教育资源的需求也逐渐增大。
近期我们优爱爸妈公众号就有幸探访了天津生态城艾毅国际幼儿园,由于幼儿园本身的高端定位与教学质量,天津生态城艾毅国际幼儿园也代表着现在该地区的幼儿教育发展水平。它亦是天津生态城第一所国际幼儿园。

这个幼儿园好大

在探访中,幼儿园老师也向我们介绍到由于有很好的场地支撑,园区曾在操场中开展过各种夏令营与游园日活动,可以直接把马匹带到操场让小朋友们直接体会下当小骑手的感觉。园区也在户外设置了攀爬架等幼儿活动设施,供小朋友进行户外活动与锻炼,这些设施也确实是小朋友玩耍的乐园。
在探访中,我们也看到园区的小朋友在老师的带领在进行户外活动,也有老师组织孩子们进行集体的体育锻炼。特别在疫情情况下,有这样一个好的户外环境确实对保证小朋友们的健康十分有利。
除了户外,学校也有可容纳300个座位的小剧场、图书馆、篮球馆游泳池、室内生态植物角、舞蹈教室、音乐教室等设施。并且幼儿园里也有一个很大的图书馆,老师会定期带孩子来这里进行读书。

独特的艾毅课程体系

课程是一个幼儿园的灵魂,艾毅是目前中国唯一获得多元智能学会认证的幼儿教育机构,并且有自己独特的6c激励课程体系, 艾毅希望通过自己的教育来帮助幼儿在信仰与品格、知识、技能、行动方面获得全面发展,成为具有:好奇心、创造力、能力、自信、品格、责任感的优秀人才。在课程建设上,天津艾毅生态城国际幼儿园也秉承了这一点。
艾毅的6C激励课程是以跨学科主题教学的方式来进行,园区会有6周时间来完成一个主题的教学,通过主题探究教学的方式,帮助孩子了解自我、了解周边环境与了解世界。?
艾毅生态城国际幼儿园并不是混龄,而是根据孩子年龄分为托、小、中、大不同班型,所以根据不同年龄的孩子认知水平与特点,每个年龄段孩子探究的主题内容与深度也有所区别。在教学实践上通过游戏教学法和体验式教学方式,从进入主题引发好奇到探索得出结论
比如说在2019-2020年第一个探究主题“了解自我上”,幼儿园就设置了“我是独一无二的”、“我在不断成长”、“我有好习惯”、“我们可以和谐共处”这几个小单元来进行,每个单元也按照“导入、激发好奇心、探索、探究、成果、评估”的步骤逐步进行。
比如在进行“我们可以和谐共处”这个小单元的学习上,老师从规则与常规进行引入、通过让孩子明白“我是集体中的一员”来激发孩子兴趣,把制定班级规则作为探究的结果,最后向园长汇报作为教学的评估。每一个步骤的进行都很有章法。

为孩子提供好的双语环境

作为一所国际幼儿园,对孩子英文能力培养是十分关键,在英文学习上,天津生态城艾毅幼儿园采用全英文浸入式教学,外教作为主班老师全天在班,这样可以给孩子提供一个好的语言环境。
在英文教学上,学校也采用了一些比较经典的教材作为指导,从托班绘本、小班字母发音、中班单词、大班自然拼读逐步过渡,让孩子有一个系统的语言学习过程。
英文圆圈课是幼儿园的一个特色,也是很受孩子们喜欢的课程,在圆圈课中,孩子们可以进行角色扮演、搭建建筑等多种活动,全程孩子们用英文交流,把语言学习融入的孩子们日常的生活当中。

优秀的师资与丰富的活动

天津生态城艾毅国际幼儿园一个班级25名小朋友,四名老师。园区要求教师们都需完成哈佛教育学院,或国际多元智能学会的多元智能教师认证课程,同时中外教师还需要具备教师资格认证的考核。
保育员教师具有保育员资格证,在校园具有1-2年以上的工作经验。在班级中运用实践性学习以及探究式学习的经验。不论中西方教师,所有人都能以开放的心态接纳中西方文化。
每周都会组织教研学习业务学习,提高教职工的整体素质和专业技能,并且有很多对外参观与走访的机会。

Recently, our official account of the “love” parents visited Tianjin eco-city IVY International School. Due to the high-end positioning and teaching quality of the kindergarten itself, IVY International School in Tianjin eco-city also represents the development level of preschool education in the area. It is also the first international kindergarten in Tianjin eco-city.
During the visit, the kindergarten teacher also introduced to us that due to the good site location, the school has carried out various summer camp and school activities in the playground like horse back riding, which can bring the horses to the playground so that the children can experience the feeling of being a child rider. IVY’s 6C incentive course is conducted in the way of interdisciplinary thematic teaching. The school will have six weeks to complete a thematic teaching. Through the thematic inquiry teaching, it helps children understand themselves, understand the surrounding environment and understand the world.
IVY Eco City International Kindergarten is not mixed age, but is divided into different classes according to children’s age. In English learning, IVY International School in Tianjin eco-city adopts all English immersion teaching, and foreign teachers are in class all day as the main teachers, which can provide a good language environment for children.
